i know there is a war and i honestly hope you guys are all ok.

I am sorry i have to start a new topic about the full access topic.
My answer to support@wdmarvel.com bounced several times, so i know no other way to ask for full access to the forum since i am not allowed to write PMs.
I bought a one-month-pass three days ago.

Although the bounce message indicated, that this approach will have no success, i tried it. With the same result:

Hello,
I hope you guys are doing well.
Yesterday I bought a months license, and replied to the email with the keys stating what username to activate. In this case the forum account already existed (I had bought another license last summer, and tried replying to the support@ email back then with two different usernames which in the end were never given permission to see the restricted pages).
I heard nothing back and my user is still not enabled. Could you please give me the required permissions?

If needed for verification, my licence keys are those who begin with 2E9C18CF and CB7D80EF. The email is the same as this same forum account.
